of Royal Mail's SmartStamp™ solution
www.smartstamp.co.uk. The SmartStamp™ service allows
small businesses and home users to create postage via a standard
office based PC and printer. Available at home or in the office,
the SmartStamp™ service brings UK postage into the internet age,
allowing customers to buy postage on the web, personalise it
and deliver it straight to their printer on demand. DT UK are
currently working on further enhancements to the Address
Interpretation system with revenue protection solutions for mail
deliverables such as Business Reply, which will be rolled out
towards the end of 2004.
