TURKEY TO UPGRADE LOCKHEED MARTIN F-16 FLEET WITH
ADVANCED SYSTEMS |

The governments of the United States and Turkey signed a
Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) for the systems
upgrade of Turkish F-16 aircraft at an estimated total
value of $1.1 billion. Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] will
be the principal contractor for the program.

Lockheed Martin Corporation [NYSE: LMT] has completed
the acquisition of STASYS Limited, a U.K.-based
technology and consulting firm specializing in network
communications and defense interoperability. Terms of
the transaction were not disclosed.

advanced jet trainer has attained several significant
technical milestones, including reaching maximum load

ANNOUNCES 2004 FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END RESULTS |

Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT) today reported
fourth quarter 2004 net earnings of $372 million ($0.83
per diluted share), compared to $344 million ($0.77 per
diluted share) in 2003. Net sales were $10.0 billion, an
11% increase over fourth quarter 2003 sales of $9.0
billion.

C-130J SUPER HERCULES PRAISED BY AIR MOBILITY COMMAND

U.S. Air Force deployment of C-130Js to South West Asia
General John W. Handy, commander of Air Mobility Command
and U.S. Transportation Command said "I am extremely
pleased with the performance of the C-130J during this

When the C-130J - the newest variant of the versatile
C-130 Hercules -- deployed for the first time nearly a
month ago, Air Mobility Command officials said they were
confident the aircraft would perform to their
expectations.
